I recently completed a course at Avs Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya - India and I must say I am impressed. The faculty was exceptional and the course content was comprehensive. I particularly enjoyed the practical sessions where we got hands-on experience with various Ayurvedic techniques. The only area for improvement would be to have more interactive sessions. But overall, it was a worthwhile experience!
