I had a mixed experience with Philymack. Some aspects of their service were great, while others were subpar. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, which was a definite plus. However, their customer support was lacking. It took them several days to respond to my inquiries, and even then, the answers were not very helpful. Overall, I would rate them as average.
