The security system I recently purchased is just okay. It serves its purpose, but I've encountered a few issues. The installation process was smooth, but the instructions could have been clearer. On the positive side, the customer service was helpful in resolving the problems I faced. Overall, it's an average security system, but I expected a bit more.
