I recently purchased a property in Bangalore and chose Puravankara Projects Ltd. for their reputation and quality of construction. However, I was not completely satisfied with the after-sales service. There were delays in addressing my concerns and getting the issues resolved. I hope the company improves their post-sales support to meet customer expectations.
