I recently collaborated with a project management company and had an average experience. While they were able to meet the project requirements, there were some areas that could have been improved. The communication could have been more proactive, and there were instances where deadlines were not met. However, overall, they delivered a satisfactory result. I would consider working with them again with clearer expectations.
