I had a mixed experience with DailyDeal GmbH. Some deals I purchased were great, while others were not as expected. The website can be a bit confusing to navigate at times, but once you get used to it, it's manageable. The customer service I received was satisfactory. While I appreciate the deals I found on DailyDeal, I do think there is room for improvement in certain areas.
