I have mixed feelings about my experience with this company. On one hand, their products are top-notch and the prices are reasonable. However, the customer service needs improvement. I had an issue with my order and it took multiple attempts to reach a resolution. The response time was slow and the representatives were not very helpful. Despite this, I would consider buying from Frente y vuelta again because of the quality of their products.
