I recently used this company for an event and was somewhat disappointed. 😕 The website promised a lot, but the actual service fell short. While the event was decent, I feel that the company could have done more to exceed expectations. The staff was professional but lacked enthusiasm. The organization felt a bit haphazard, and there were a few minor issues that could have been easily avoided with better planning. Overall, it was an average experience, but I believe there is room for improvement. I hope they take this feedback into consideration for future events.
