Recently had the opportunity to engage with a consulting firm to improve our business strategy. The experience was average. While they did provide some good insights, I expected more in terms of creativity and out-of-the-box thinking. The lack of company name mentioned during our interactions felt impersonal, and at times, it was difficult to establish a connection. Overall, the experience was decent but not exceptional.
