Zest holidays provided an average experience. The staff was friendly but the overall service was lacking. The website was easy to navigate but the booking process was a bit confusing. I expected a better experience based on the reviews I read online. The highlight of the trip was the beautiful scenery. The accommodation was decent but not exceptional. Overall, it was an average holiday.
