Ellicottville brewing is a wonderful brewery with a great selection of beers. The atmosphere is lively and inviting. I particularly enjoyed their IPA and stout offerings. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, providing excellent service. The only minor downside is that it can get crowded on weekends. However, it's a top-notch brewery and definitely worth a visit!
