I have very mixed feelings about Douglas & Simmons...

I have very mixed feelings about Douglas & Simmons. On one hand, their customer service was excellent. They were prompt in answering any questions I had and were very knowledgeable about their products. On the other hand, the quality of their products was just average. I was expecting more for the price I paid. Overall, it was an okay experience.
