The tour with Tours nueva york was just okay. The guides were knowledgeable, but the itinerary felt a bit rushed. I would have preferred more time at each attraction to fully appreciate it. The highlight of the tour for me was the visit to the 9/11 Memorial. It was a somber and moving experience. Overall, I think there are better tour options out there, but Tours nueva york is decent if you're looking for a budget-friendly option.
