Had a lovely time at Shap Wells Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the breakfast. The surrounding nature was beautiful, perfect for a peaceful retreat. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
