I had an overall average experience with Viam advisors. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a while for them to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the answers were not very helpful. The rate at which my issues were resolved was also quite slow. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
