I had visited Ruggles Black last weekend and I must say it was an average experience. The food was decent, but nothing extraordinary. The service could have been better as it was quite slow and the staff seemed a bit disorganized. The ambience was nice though, with a trendy and modern interior. Overall, it was an okay dining experience.
