As a customer, I have been using Spud software services for a while now and I have to say they are an average company. Their website, spudsoftware.com, is quite user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, their customer support could use some improvement. It sometimes takes a while for them to respond to inquiries, which can be frustrating. Overall, I would rate them as average.
