I stayed at Novaressort for a week and it was a mixed experience. The location was beautiful and the pool area was stunning, but the room I stayed in was not up to par. The air conditioning was not working properly and the bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked. The staff was accommodating and tried to fix the issues, but it was still disappointing.
