The services provided by Group services, inc. dmc in puerto rico are simply average. I expected more from such a renowned company. The staff was professional, but the overall experience was quite underwhelming. The tour guide seemed disinterested and lacked enthusiasm. The itinerary could have been better planned. I wouldn't recommend this company if you're looking for an exceptional experience.
