I have been a loyal customer of Medplus, llc for several years now and I can honestly say that their service has been average at best. While they do have a good selection of products, the customer service can be hit or miss. There have been times when I had to wait a long time to get assistance and other times where the staff was helpful and friendly. Overall, I would rate my experience with Medplus, llc as average.
