My experience with Machika has been a mix of good and bad. While their website is easy to use and their product selection is impressive, I had issues with their customer service. It took them quite some time to respond to my emails and their replies were often vague. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase, but there is room for improvement in their customer support.
