I believe that Gracious Flow is an average company. Their website is easy to navigate and their products are of decent quality. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The representative I spoke to seemed uninterested in helping me and was not very knowledgeable about the products. Overall, I had an average experience with Gracious Flow.
