I recently purchased a home security system from Alarmas universales. The product is top-notch and provides peace of mind. The installation was fairly easy, and I was able to set it up myself. However, I had some difficulties with their customer service. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and lacked the necessary knowledge to assist me properly. Despite these issues, I am satisfied with the product itself, so I would rate it as great.
