I had a mixed experience with Specialty Retailers Inc. The customer service was great, but I found the prices a bit high. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the store was well organized. However, I was disappointed with the limited selection of products. It would be nice to see a wider range of options. Overall, the experience was average.
