I recently used their services, and I found the overall experience to be average. The website was user-friendly, and I was able to find the information I needed. However, the communication with the customer support team was a bit slow, and I would have appreciated more timely responses. The process of applying for a loan was straightforward, but I felt that the interest rates were on the higher side compared to other similar companies. The terms and conditions were clearly laid out, which I found to be helpful. In conclusion, my experience with them was average; there were some positive aspects, but there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and rates.
