I recently used the services of this engineering consulting company based on a friend's recommendation. The website was informative and easy to navigate, and the company seemed to offer a wide range of services. However, my experience with the customer service was a bit underwhelming. I had to follow up multiple times to get a response, and the communication felt a bit disjointed. The quality of the service itself was satisfactory, but it would have been nice to have a smoother and more attentive customer service experience. Overall, it's an average experience, with potential for improvement. Hopefully, the company addresses these issues to provide a more seamless and customer-focused experience in the future. 🏗️
