I've had mixed experiences with Aljosa. While their website aljosa.com is easy to navigate, I found the product quality to be inconsistent. Some items were great, but others were disappointing. The customer service was responsive but not very helpful in resolving my concerns. Overall, I would say Aljosa needs to improve their product quality.
