I had an average experience with Hot designs. The website was easy to navigate and the overall design of their products was decent. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took them quite some time to respond to my inquiries and when they did, their answers were not very helpful. I was also disappointed with the quality of the products I received. They looked much better in the pictures on the website than in person. Overall, I would say my experience was just average.
