CUSTOMER had a mixed experience with their automation services. While I appreciate the convenience it brings, there are certain areas that need improvement. The user interface could be more intuitive, and I encountered a few glitches during the setup process. Nonetheless, their support team was helpful in resolving the issues. Overall, it's a decent option for store owners, but there is room for enhancement.
