I am a CUSTOMER and I have been a user of City of Ames, Iowa's services for the past few months. Overall, my experience with the city's services has been great. The website, cityofames.org, is easy to navigate and provides all the necessary information. The services provided by the city are efficient and effective. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I would rate the city's services as excellent.
