I recently had the opportunity to work with New Age Digital and overall, my experience was average. Their website was user-friendly and I appreciated the clean and modern design. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow and sometimes it took days to receive a reply. This made the whole process feel frustrating and prolonged. Additionally, the level of expertise demonstrated by their team was mediocre at best. I had expected a more efficient and professional service, but sadly, that was not the case. The final product was satisfactory, but it did not exceed my expectations. In the future, I would consider looking elsewhere for more reliable and skilled digital services.
