I had a mixed experience with Langley's toys. Some of the toys I purchased were excellent and exactly what I wanted, but there were a few issues. The customer service was responsive and resolved the problems, but it was still a bit frustrating. Overall, I would consider buying from them again, but I hope for improved service in the future.
