Pl group is a company that I've had mixed experiences with. On one hand, their products are top-notch and I've been satisfied with my purchases. On the other hand, their customer service can be a bit lacking at times. They aren't always the most helpful and it can be difficult to get a timely response. Overall, I would rate them as average.
