The overall experience with Sportswear etc was average. The website was easy to navigate, and the range of products available was decent. However, the quality of the products I received was not up to par. The material felt cheap and the stitching was sloppy. I expected better considering the prices I paid. The customer service was also lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries, and when they finally did, their responses were unhelpful.
