I have been a customer of Piedmont Federal Savings Bank for several years and I must say that I have had an average experience with their services. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, but there have been occasions where I found their response time to be slower than expected. Overall, the bank has a decent range of products and the online banking platform is quite user-friendly. However, I think there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and speed of service.
