I have been a customer of Vuze for a couple of years now and I must say their service is average. The website is quite easy to navigate and their customer support is helpful. However, I have noticed some issues with their download speed, especially when downloading larger files. Overall, Vuze offers a decent torrenting experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
