I recently used this logistics company for my business shipping needs, and overall, it was an okay experience. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I did encounter a few hiccups along the way. The delivery of my package took longer than expected, and there was a lack of communication about the delay. Additionally, I found their customer service to be average at best. They were not very proactive in providing updates or addressing my concerns. On the positive side, the shipping rates were competitive, and my package did arrive in good condition. Overall, I would rate this company as average. There's room for improvement in terms of communication and customer service, but they do get the job done at a decent price.
