I recently used a recruitment agency to assist with my job search. While it was not Mindworks, I believe it is important to share my experience. Overall, the process was average, with some areas for improvement. The agency had decent job opportunities, but the communication could have been better. There were times when I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. However, I did receive some helpful guidance in preparing for interviews.
