I have been a customer of Instituto Nacional de Estadísticas de Chile for many years and I must say that their services are average. They provide accurate information and data, but their customer service leaves much to be desired. I often have to wait on hold for a long time before I can speak to a representative, and it can be frustrating. However, once I do get through, they are knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, I would rate them as average.
