I had a mixed experience at Sisus hotel. The customer service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. However, I found the rooms to be a bit outdated and in need of renovation. The location of the hotel was convenient, but the noise from outside could be heard in the room. Overall, it was an average stay.
