The experience with Homenow.io has been average overall. The website interface is decent and user-friendly, but the response time from customer service could be improved. There were a few hiccups during the booking process, but the property we rented was as advertised and met our expectations. It would be great if they could provide more detailed descriptions and photos of the properties to avoid any surprises upon arrival.
