Over the past few years, I have been a customer of Cbi bank & trust and my experience has been satisfactory. The customer service is decent and the website is user-friendly. I particularly like the mobile banking app, which makes it easy to manage my accounts on the go. However, I think they could improve their interest rates on savings accounts. Overall, it's a good bank but there is still room for improvement.
