I had a mixed experience with Kervansaray. While their website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information, the service at their restaurant fell short. The staff seemed disinterested and the food took a long time to arrive. The dishes were tasty, but the overall experience was disappointing. I would rate their service as average.
