I had a below-average experience with Ideal Plan Management. The customer service was lacking, and their responses to my inquiries were slow and generally unhelpful. Additionally, I found their website to be clunky and difficult to navigate. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Ideal Plan Management as a plan management service.
