I recently had a project that required the services of Polytronix Machining & Fabrication. After browsing their website, I decided to give them a try. Overall, my experience with the company was average. The website was easy to navigate and provided sufficient information about their services. However, the communication was lacking at times, as it took longer than expected to receive responses to my inquiries. When it came to the final product, the quality was decent, but not exceptional. The machining and fabrication work met my requirements, but I felt that there was room for improvement in terms of finishing details. The delivery time was also slightly longer than initially promised. Nonetheless, the pricing was competitive and the customer service was friendly. In summary, while I appreciate the affordability and friendly staff, there were some areas where Polytronix Machining & Fabrication could improve to provide a better customer experience.
