I recently stayed at Intercontinental Mzaar Lebanon Mountain Resort & Spa and had an average experience. The location is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable, but the service could be improved. The staff seemed a bit disorganized and unresponsive. Overall, it was an okay stay.
