I had a somewhat disappointing experience with Open Reel to Reel. While the website is easy to use and the products are of decent quality, I had an issue with the shipping. My order took longer than expected to arrive and there was a delay in getting it resolved. The customer service could also use some improvement in terms of responsiveness. Overall, I would say that Open Reel to Reel is an average company.
