Mickies Tax Service is an average company. While they did get my taxes filed correctly, their customer service was lacking. It took them longer than expected to respond to my inquiries, and I felt like I was bothering them whenever I had a question. I wouldn't say that I had a terrible experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
