I had a recent experience with Andes Mining Group and I must say it was a mixed bag. On one hand, their website, andesmining.com.pe, is easy to navigate and provides all the information one needs. However, their customer support could be improved. The response time was slow and the representatives were not very helpful. Overall, I would rate them as average.
