I had a mixed experience with Laguiole. While the quality of their products is undeniably good, their customer service left much to be desired. I had to wait a long time to receive my order and when it finally arrived, it was not what I expected. Although I appreciate the quality of the product, I am hesitant to purchase from Laguiole again due to the poor customer service I experienced.
